Managed RHI application service – we take care of the application on your behalf
Collecting and collating all the information required for a succesful RHI submission is our task, we will provide you with a check list of what we require from you. A site visit will be scheduled where we will collect the information / take photos etc. Once we have this information we will input / manage the full process, answering any questions raised by the RHI team, liase with your installer and hopefully deliver you the letter from ofgem confirming your acceptance to the scheme. This is a fully managed RHI application service.
We will aim to complete the inital RHI submission within 24 hours of the site visit.
Independent Metering Reports (IMR), Metering Assessments and Consultancy
Through our partners we are able to offer these services that may be required for complex/multiple installations. RHI Service will schedule these activities to minimise any delay in the RHI application process and maximise the chance of our clients securing their RHI payments.
Consultancy and Support
We are able to provide ad hoc consultancy and support services, many clients want us to share our experience of operating with RHI income generating multi-green solutions. We are there for you as much or as little as you may need.
Periodic Data Service
We diarise your mete read dates for 20 years for each meter under the RHI accreditation. Reminders are sent out one month before and a few days before the reading is due. You send us the meter readings and we provide a template including meter location/ serial number/ last read etc. Readings are reviewed to check for problems if any errors occur we can address them and lost payments from Ofgem can be recovered. We submit your quarterly readings to ofgem and keep proof of submission and history (*1)
As with your RHI application, we talk to Ofgem and answer any questions and resolve any issues for you!
Fuel Management Service
This service can be extended to cover your 20 year obligations to Ofgem for fuel management records. You provide us with copies of delivery notes/ invoices and associated records, we collate and keep your records as required by Ofgem (*1)
(*1) We maintain records and store them whilst you subscribe to this service – should you chose not to take our service we will provide a summary spread sheet to meet your RHI obligations and return your documents.
There is a minimum 5 year contract for both the Periodic Data Service and Fuel Management Service.
